Residential Service Cart

Our regular service is collecting one roll-cart per residence, once a week – unless otherwise directed. Permanent, temporary or off-schedule pick-up service may be arranged by calling during regular business hours (8 am to 4:30 pm).

We have automated our collection routes to maximize efficiency. We offer a 64-gallon cart which has its own lid and wheels and must be rolled to the curb for collection by our automated truck.

La Grande residents also receive a recycling cart as part of the service. This is an every-other-week service.

Collections begin at 5:00 am, so it may be convenient for you to set your roll-cart out the evening before pick-up day.

La Grande, Island City & Urban Growth Boundary – Seasonal yard debris drop off and 1st recycle cart are included with most residential garbage services

  • 64 gallon green rollcart for garbage – Every Other Week, $26.20
  • 64 gallon green rollcart for garbage – Weekly (most common), $31.50
  • 64 gallon gray rollcart for recycling – Every Other Week, alternates with Every Other Week garbage
  • 300 gallon black tub for garbage – Every Other Week, $67.70
  • 300 gallon black tub for garbage – Weekly, $106.95

Cove, Elgin, Imbler, Summerville, and most of Union County

  •  64 gallon green rollcart for garbage – Every Other Week, $17.75
  •  300 gallon black tub for garbage – Every Other Week, $58.25

Add-ons

  • Extra 64 gallon garbage rollcart, $10.00 – $19.65
  • Extra 64 gallon recycle rollcart (where available), $6.70
  • Carryout service – leave carts by your house and we will bring them out for service, starting at $5.55
  • Driveway service – approved turnarounds only, starting at $5.55

One cart weekly – $28.40/month
Carry out service fee – $5.00/$7.00 month
*La Grande and Island City residential customers can dispose of yard debris free of charge.
Cove, Elgin, Imbler, Summerville and most of Union County:
Every other week – $16.00
Additional cart – $9.00
